Cap Table Merger Solutions for Partnerships and Acquisitions

Charlotte, NC – Polaris Healthcare Partners announced today it is expanding its core service offering to include Capitalization Table solutions for existing Partnerships as well as for Merger and Acquisition strategies.  These innovative and comprehensive equity solutions are based off of the company's existing EBITDA-based Financial Model and will help solve two primary challenges of group practices: converting practice-level equity into a common management company equity structure and facilitating growth strategies through outright or partial merging of equity interests of another business.
